Return Policy
Please review our return policy
- There is a 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason
other than product defect or damage.
- Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages.
You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages,
or the merchandise becomes your property.
- Returns / Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when you receive your shipment.
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before you ship the item back to us.
This number can be obtained by filling out our return
merchandise authorization form. The RMA# should be written on the outside of the box you send back to us.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging as shipped by HVACGIANT.com or the return shipment will be refused.
- Damages must be reported immediately. We can not accept returns for items damaged in transit where that damage was not
reported to us within 3 days of a customer accepting that shipment.
